Refill Requests
Pharmacy requests are filled at the end of the business day. Therefore, you should check the status of your prescription with your pharmacist on the following business day.
To complete a Prescription Request, include the following information in the message area of your e-mail:
- Patient's Name
- Patient's Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Name of Prescription
- Strength (Mg)
- Desired Number of Pills
- Pharmacy Name
